Scope of Work:
Follow up community Grievance Mechanism, receiving, addressing, recording/documenting complaints and reported back to the affected communities periodically with community incident flowchart, finalizing and ensuring a proper & timely implementation of the project Waste Management Plan (WMP), interfacing the EEBL with waste management companies, closely work with the HSE manager, logging and categorizing the grievances of contractor. Attending regular monthly stakeholder meetings and periodic update meetings with relevant authorities as well as the community.
